Het geeft mensen houvast, maakt risico's beheersbaar en helpt een organisatie elke dag beter te presteren. Als adviseur QHSE-management krijg je bij KWA de ruimte om precies dát voor elkaar te krijgen. Je zit aan tafel met directie en management, loopt mee op de werkvloer en brengt mensen, beleid en praktijk bij elkaar. Niet met een standaardantwoord, maar met een aanpak die past bij de klant en ook na jouw vertrek blijft werken. Jij werkt hybride, dat betekent dat je minimaal 2 dagen per week op kantoor in Amersfoort bent, en daarnaast bij de klant en vanuit huis werkt. Wat ga je doen? - Je helpt klanten een QHSE-managementsysteem neer te zetten dat overzicht geeft, eigenaarschap stimuleert en in de praktijk wordt gebruikt - Je doorgrondt complexe technische, beleidsmatige en organisatorische vraagstukken en maakt duidelijk wat er écht nodig is - Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor directie en management bij keuzes over compliance, risico's en prioriteiten - Je bereidt audits voor, voert ze uit en helpt de organisatie om bevindingen om te zetten in verbeteringen die beklijven - Je neemt de klant mee vanaf de eerste vraag tot en met de implementatie en blijft betrokken totdat er zichtbaar resultaat staat - De ene dag ben je adviseur of auditor, de andere dag coach, trainer, procesbegeleider of tijdelijk onderdeel van het klantteam - Je bouwt aan vertrouwen en durft klanten uit te dagen om verder te kijken dan de volgende audit of certificering Vraag over de functie?
