MD Recruitment, ontwikkeling & processen Roldoel: Adviseren en ondersteunen bij recruitment, talentontwikkeling en HR-processen, met focus op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en continue verbetering. - Ontwikkelen, verbeteren en implementeren van recruitment- en selectieprocessen. - Adviseren van stakeholders over werving, employer branding en candidate experience. - Coördineren van instroomactiviteiten, vacaturebeheer en samenwerking met hiring managers. - Ontwerpen en ondersteunen van ontwikkelprogramma's (onboarding, leren & ontwikkelen, loopbaanpaden). - Analyseren van data en rapportages (KPI's) om processen en resultaten te optimaliseren. - Standaardiseren en borgen van HR-procedures, werkinstructies en compliance. - Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten rondom HR-systemen en workflow. Vereiste vaardigheden en ervaring - Ervaring met recruitmentadvies, procesoptimalisatie en stakeholdermanagement. - Kennis van wervingskanalen, selectie-methodieken en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie. - Vaardig in projectmatig werken, prioriteren en change management. - Analytisch sterk; ervaring met HR-data, dashboards en proces-KPI's. - Affiniteit met HR-systemen/ATS en digitale procesinrichting.
