Als Adviseur Risicomanagement help jij Brabant Water om die afwegingen bewust en onderbouwd te maken. Je adviseert directie en management, brengt risico's in beeld en zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie aantoonbaar in control blijft. Tegelijkertijd ontwikkelt het vakgebied zich razendsnel. Denk aan AI, cybersecurity, ketenafhankelijkheden, toenemende wet- en regelgeving en hogere maatschappelijke verwachtingen rondom betrouwbaarheid en transparantie. Jij helpt Brabant Water om deze ontwikkelingen te vertalen naar inzichtelijke risico's, passende beheersmaatregelen en een toekomstbestendige interne beheersing. Je stapt in op een moment waarop risicomanagement en interne beheersing verder worden versterkt. Je begeleidt risicoanalyses, ontwikkelt het control framework door en helpt de organisatie besluiten te nemen. Dankzij jouw ruime ervaring vervul jij binnen het team Audit & Risk de kartrekkersrol en help je collega's met uitdagende vraagstukken.
