Als adviseur ruimtelijke ontwikkeling en milieu hou je je bezig met het zowel mondeling als schriftelijk inhoudelijk en strategisch adviseren van gebiedsmanagers en projectleiders van de gemeente over milieu thema's voor complexe tot zeer complexe gebiedsontwikkeling en ruimtelijke ordeningsvraagstukken. Ook zorg je voor het beoordelen en adviseren op de milieuparagraaf en bijbehorende milieuonderzoeken van ruimtelijke plannen. Ook het zelfstandig kunnen opstellen van Quick scans milieu en hogere waarden besluiten geluid voor complexe tot zeer complexe gebiedsontwikkeling behoort tot de werkzaamheden. Je zult samenwerken met collega vakspecialisten op het gebied van geluid, externe veiligheid, bodem en luchtkwaliteit en op verzoek van de gemeente met het adviseren van externe partijen.
