Als Adviseur Ruimtelijke Ordening speel je een essentiële rol bij het vormgeven van de leefomgeving van morgen. Je werkt aan diverse uitdagende projecten waarbij je je analytische vaardigheden en creativiteit optimaal kunt inzetten. Je adviseert zowel intern als extern over ruimtelijke vraagstukken en helpt bij het ontwikkelen van duurzame en toekomstbestendige oplossingen. In deze functie sta je aan de basis van innovatieve concepten die bijdragen aan een betere leefomgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende disciplines, zoals stedenbouwkundigen, landschapsarchitecten en civiel ingenieurs, waardoor je een brede kijk op projecten ontwikkelt en je expertise verder kunt uitbouwen. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit: - Het analyseren van ruimtelijke vraagstukken en het formuleren van passende oplossingen; - Het opstellen en toetsen van ruimtelijke plannen en visies; - Het uitvoeren van haalbaarheidsstudies voor diverse projecten; - Het adviseren van klanten over omgevingsrecht en ruimtelijke procedures; - Het bijdragen aan interdisciplinaire projectteams; - Het onderhouden van contact met stakeholders en opdrachtgevers; - Het volgen van relevante ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied Binnen onze organisatie krijg je volop kansen om door te groeien.
