Als adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig begeleiden van vergunningstrajecten en het adviseren van opdrachtgevers over ruimtelijke en milieutechnische vraagstukken. Je werkt aan dossiers waarin omgevingsrecht, ruimtelijke ordening en milieuwetgeving samenkomen, en je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten gedurende het hele proces. Je taken omvatten: - Het analyseren van ruimtelijke en milieutechnische vraagstukken en het vertalen daarvan naar haalbare adviezen en strategieën; - Het opstellen van vergunningaanvragen, omgevingsplannen en planologische onderbouwingen conform geldende wet- en regelgeving; - Het uitvoeren van milieuonderzoeken, waaronder berekeningen en toetsingen op het gebied van stikstof, luchtkwaliteit, geluid en Natura 2000; - Het voeren van overleg met gemeenten, provincies en andere bevoegde gezagen over vergunningen en procedures; - Het begeleiden van bezwaarprocedures en het onderbouwen van standpunten met juridische en technische argumenten; - Het adviseren van opdrachtgevers over de haalbaarheid van plannen en het signaleren van risico's in een vroeg stadium; - Het afstemmen met collega's uit andere disciplines zoals bouwkunde, vastgoed en grondzaken wanneer projecten dat vereisen.

Je werkt grotendeels zelfstandig, met de ruimte om je eigen werkwijze te bepalen binnen de kaders van het project en de afspraken met de opdrachtgever. Er wordt van je verwacht dat je overzicht houdt over meerdere dossiers tegelijk en dat je prioriteiten stelt op basis van deadlines en complexiteit.
