The posting

Voor een professionele organisatie binnen de verzekeringssector zoeken we een Adviseur Schadebeheer. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen en regelen van schadegevallen en staat in nauw contact met klanten, waarbij je hun belangen en noden centraal stelt.

Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt bij schadeclaims en begeleidt het volledige proces van melding tot afhandeling. Je zorgt voor duidelijke, correcte en tijdige communicatie en werkt oplossingsgericht om tot een optimale afhandeling van dossiers te komen.

Jouw taken

  • Opvolgen en behandelen van schadeclaims.
  • Communiceren met klanten op een duidelijke en empathische manier, zowel schriftelijk als telefonisch.
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe partners om schadegevallen efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Documenteren en registreren van schadegevallen in het systeem.
  • Proactief meedenken over oplossingen en verbeteringen in het schadebeheerproces.
  • Organiseren en plannen van dossiers zodat deadlines steeds gehaald worden.
  • Je hebt 3–4 jaar ervaring in schadebeheer binnen de verzekeringssector.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent empathisch en kan je inleven in de situatie van de klant.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet de juiste boodschap op het juiste moment te brengen.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, organisatorisch sterk en punctueel.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en kan prioriteiten stellen.
