Heb je een passie voor verzekeringen en ben je een echte probleemoplosser? Wij zoeken een Adviseur Schadebeheer Verzekeringen om ons team te versterken en onze klanten te ondersteunen in uitdagende situaties.

Jouw Rol

Als Adviseur Schadebeheer Verzekeringen ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die schade hebben geleden. Jij begeleidt hen door het schadedossier van A tot Z, biedt ondersteuning en zorgt voor een correcte en snelle afhandeling. In deze rol bouw je een vertrouwensrelatie op met klanten, waarbij jouw advies en empathie het verschil maken.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Begeleiden van klanten bij het melden van schadegevallen en het beheren van het volledige schadedossier
  • Analyseren van schadeclaims, beoordelen van de dekking en zorgen voor een correcte afhandeling
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten, verzekeraars en experts voor een efficiënte opvolging
  • Proactief informeren van klanten over de voortgang van hun dossier en hen voorzien van helder en betrouwbaar advies
  • Bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van interne processen binnen schadebeheer

Wat zoeken wij?

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een juridische, economische of verzekeringsgerelateerde richting, of relevante ervaring in schadebeheer
  • Klantgerichte en empathische instelling, met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Oog voor detail en gestructureerde werkstijl
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en stressbestendigheid.
  • Ervaring met verzekeringen of schadebeheer is een pluspunt
