Voor ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren collega die het juweliersvak écht kent. Iemand met liefde voor het vak, die plezier haalt uit persoonlijk klantcontact en het adviseren over sieraden en horloges. We zoeken iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, initiatief toont en werk ziet liggen. Je kunt goed inschatten wat op dat moment aandacht nodig heeft, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en pakt werkzaamheden uit jezelf op. Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend. Van het persoonlijk adviseren van klanten in de winkel en het aannemen van reparaties tot het vervangen van batterijen en eventueel kleine werkzaamheden achter de werkbank. Ook houd je je bezig met het inboeken en verwerken van nieuwe collecties en zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat de sieraden, etalages en winkel er verzorgd en representatief uitzien. Wie ben jij? Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen de juweliersbranche en beschikt over goede vakkennis van sieraden en horloges. Je bent gewend om klanten persoonlijk en deskundig te adviseren en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, service en aandacht centraal staan. Daarnaast ben je: - representatief en communicatief sterk; - zelfstandig en proactief; - iemand die werk ziet liggen en prioriteiten kan stellen; - klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld; - een echte teamspeler; - flexibel en bereid om mee te denken waar nodig; - bereid om op zaterdag en incidenteel op zondag te werken; - bekend met of heb je affiniteit met het luxe segment.
