Bij Synarchis werken we voor gemeenten, onderwijsinstellingen en stichtingen aan maatschappelijke voorzieningen op het gebied van sport, onderwijs, cultuur en ontmoeting. Denk aan sportparken, sporthallen, zwembaden, scholen, culturele accommodaties, multifunctionele gebouwen en de openbare ruimte. We helpen opdrachtgevers om richting te bepalen, onderzoeken mogelijkheden en vertalen ambities naar realistische en uitvoerbare plannen. Vaak gaat het om voorzieningen die niet meer aansluiten bij de behoefte van vandaag of morgen. Hoeveel ruimte is er straks nodig voor sport- en beweegvoorzieningen? Hoe benut je de openbare ruimte optimaal? Welke investeringen horen daarbij? Hoe breng je balans in maatschappelijk rendement en financiële haalbaarheid? Hoe organiseer je beheer en exploitatie optimaal en passend? En hoe zorg je ervoor dat gebruikers, bestuurders en andere betrokkenen achter dezelfde oplossing staan? Dat zijn voorbeelden van vraagstukken waar jij mee aan de slag gaat. Wat ga je doen? Als adviseur werk je aan uiteenlopende onderzoeks-, beleids- en huisvestingsvraagstukken binnen de maatschappelijke sector. Daarbij houd je je bezig met zowel binnen- als buitensportvoorzieningen. Denk aan het vormgeven van sportaccommodatiebeleid, het uitvoeren van capaciteitsonderzoeken voor binnen- en buitensportvoorzieningen, het onderzoek doen naar exploitatievormen, het opstellen van integrale huisvestingsplannen voor sport en bewegen, het adviseren over de ontwikkeling, inrichting en toekomstbestendigheid...
