Kernverantwoordelijkheden - Analyseren van interne en externe ontwikkelingen en vertalen naar strategische adviezen. - Opstellen, actualiseren en bewaken van beleidskaders, strategische plannen en roadmaps. - Adviseren van management en stakeholders; voorbereiden van besluitvormingsdocumenten. - Coördineren van beleidsprocessen en begeleiden van implementatie en change. - Monitoren van KPI's, resultaten en impact; rapporteren en bijsturen op basis van data. - Faciliteren van samenwerking tussen afdelingen en ketenpartners; organiseren van sessies en workshops. Vereiste kennis en vaardigheden - Strategisch denken en het vertalen van visie naar uitvoerbaar beleid. - Beleidsontwikkeling , stakeholdermanagement en bestuurlijke sensitiviteit. - Analytische vaardigheden (onderzoek, data-interpretatie, scenario's, risico's). - Project- en procesmanagement ; planmatig werken en prioriteren. - Communicatie : helder schrijven, overtuigend adviseren en presenteren.
