Je werkt nauw samen met de subsidiecoördinator van het Subsidie Service Punt (SSP), beleidsmedewerkers, financiële specialisten, juridisch adviseurs, management en bestuurders om te zorgen voor een transparante, rechtmatige en effectieve inzet van publieke middelen. Je bent (mede)verantwoordelijk voor het inrichten, optimaliseren en borgen van het subsidieproces binnen de organisatie en adviseert over subsidieregelingen, subsidierecht en vraagstukken met uniforme toepassing van wet- en regelgeving. Werkzaamheden - Adviseren van beleidsafdelingen, management en bestuur over subsidiebeleid, subsidierecht en subsidiemogelijkheden. - Het vertalen van vastgesteld subsidiebeleid naar uitvoerbare processen, werkinstructies, formats, beschikkingsmodellen en subsidieregelingen. - Begeleiden en adviseren van beleidsmedewerkers bij het ontwikkelen, actualiseren en implementeren van subsidieregelingen. - Toetsen van subsidievoorstellen, begrotingspostsubsidies en incidentele subsidies aan beleidsmatige, financiële en juridische kaders. - Ontwikkelen, actualiseren en beheren van formats, sjablonen en standaardteksten voor subsidiebeschikkingen, subsidieregelingen, verantwoordingen en beleidsadviezen. - Adviseren over de toepassing van beschikkingsmodellen voor subsidieregelingen, begrotingssubsidies en incidentele subsidies. - Afstemmen met de afdeling Juridische Zaken over de toepassing van wet- en regelgeving, juridische risico's en de actualisatie van subsidieinstrumenten. - Signaleren van ontwikkelingen binnen het subsidie-, b...
