Neem jij de rol van vraagbaak op je voor zowel je directe collega's als het bestuur? Heb jij ervaring met gebiedsontwikkeling en verwervingstrajecten? Zo ja, dan zijn we op zoek naar jou! Jouw werk In de functie van Adviseur vastgoed & grondzaken werk je aan projecten die de gronden van onze gemeente vormgeven. Je bevindt je op het snijvlak van verschillende teams binnen onze organisatie. Onze gemeente staat voor diverse uitdagingen op het gebied van woningbouw, ontwikkeling van bedrijfsterreinen, natuurontwikkeling en ecologische landbouw. Jij gaat aan de slag met uiteenlopende projecten waarbij je de gemeentelijke belangen vooropstelt, zorgt dat de afspraken binnen de beleidskaders vallen en correct worden vastgelegd. Je coördineert verwervingen en geeft advies over het inzetten van de gemeentelijke gronden om zo onze doelstellingen te bereiken. Met jouw inzicht in complexe, maatschappelijke vraagstukken en beleidseffecten ben jij in staat om zelfstandig de belangen van de gemeente te behartigen. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden - Opstellen en uitvoeren van beleid voor grondgebruik en pacht en zorgt dat dit beleid aansluit bij de ruimtelijke doelstellingen en ambities van de gemeente Altena - Verantwoordelijk voor het verwervings- en uitgiftebeleid en de coördinatie van grondaankopen - Vraagbaak op het gebied van grondzaken, gebiedsontwikkeling en vastgoed voor onze vastgoedjurist, projectleiders, planeconoom en beleidsmedewerkers wonen - Je behartigt de belangen van de gemeente in onderhandelingen in onder andere gebiedsontwikkelingen en bij de aankoop of vervreemden van vastgoed - Deelnemer aan projectgroepen die zich bezighouden met vastgoed en gebiedsontwikkeling - Zie jij verbeteringen of ontwikkelingen die ons verder ...
