V-20069648 - Boxtel - Ruimtelijk Domein - HBO - Detachering via YER - Gemeenschappelijke regeling samenwerking Boxtel-Sint Michielsgestel De positie Vanuit de gemeente Boxtel gaan we het oneigenlijk grondgebruik projectmatig aanpakken. In een eerdere inventarisatie is op ca. 1.650 locaties geconstateerd dat er sprake is van in gebruik genomen gronden, zonder dat daar een overeenkomst aan ten grondslag ligt. In totaal gaat dat om ca. 10 hectare grond. Binnen het team Fysiek Vastgoed zijn op dit moment 3 adviseurs werkzaam. Gezien de toenemende werkdruk en de komende start van het project oneigenlijk grondgebruik, is er behoefte aan ondersteuning van deze adviseurs met 2 extra adviseurs: één junior en één senior. Ondersteuning is nodig op het gebied van: - Bewoners informatie avonden organiseren en bijwonen - Ondersteuning bij inwonerbezoeken (verslaglegging van). - Het verwerken van gemaakte afspraken. - Het verzenden van uitnodigingen. - Het administratief verwerken van gemaakt afspraken met inwoners door het opstellen van huur-, beheers- en koopovereenkomsten. - Behandelen van verjaringsdossier ter voorbereiding op een eventuele rechtszaak. NB. Deze uitvraag richt zich specifiek op de aanpak van oneigenlijk grondgebruik in de gemeente Boxtel. Over het bedrijf Team Vastgoed is onderdeel van het venster Fysiek en werkt aan het gemeentelijk vastgoed van Boxtel en Sint-Michielsgestel. Binnen het team werken we aan sportaccommodaties, multifunctionele accommodaties, onderwijshuisvesting, onderhoud en grond- en pachtzaken. We zijn een hecht team waarin vertrouwen, samenwerken en elkaar helpen centraal staan.
