Binnen Careyn heb je een belangrijke rol in het versterken van gezond, veilig en duurzaam werken, waarbij je adviseert over uiteenlopende thema's zoals arbeidsomstandigheden, psychosociale arbeidsbelasting, duurzame inzetbaarheid, RI&E en ziekteverzuim. Concreet betekent dat: - Je adviseert, ondersteunt en inspireert op het gebied van vitaliteit, duurzame inzetbaarheid, gezondheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer. - Je ontwikkelt initiatieven die bijdragen aan meer werkplezier en veerkracht en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers hun werk op een gezonde en duurzame manier kunnen blijven uitvoeren.
