Als adviseur vergunningen speel je een belangrijke rol in het mogelijk maken van uiteenlopende technische en infrastructurele projecten. Je begeleidt vergunningstrajecten van begin tot eind en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met projectteams en onderhoud je contact met verschillende betrokken partijen. Je adviseert over vergunningenprocedures, coördineert het opstellen en indienen van aanvragen en beoordeelt of de benodigde documenten en onderzoeken aan de gestelde eisen voldoen. Waar nodig schakel je interne en externe deskundigen in om vraagstukken op te lossen en vertragingen te voorkomen. Daarnaast bewaak je de voortgang van de vergunningstrajecten, houd je de administratie actueel en stem je deadlines af op de projectplanning. Met jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en proactieve aanpak zorg je ervoor dat projecten goed voorbereid zijn en volgens de geldende voorschriften kunnen worden uitgevoerd. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Afgeronde HBO-opleiding; bijvoorbeeld in Bouwkunde, (milieu-) recht, ruimtelijke ordening, bestuurskunde of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied. - Ervaring met vergunningenmanagement in grootschalige projecten en bekend met de wet-en regelgeving voor ondergrondse infrastructuur. - Kennis en ervaring met het werken in digitale systemen, zoals Wabo, Waterwet, GIS en OLO. - Creativiteit in het verbinden en denken in oplossingen en het op één lijn brengen van uiteenlopende belangen. - Communicatieve vaardigheden in het communicatieve proces en analytisch sterk.
