Je bouwt mee aan de toekomst van verkeersmanagement in Rotterdam. In deze opdracht zorg je ervoor dat verkeersscenario’s succesvol worden overgezet naar het nieuwe netwerkmanagementsysteem en ontwikkel je een slimme, toekomstbestendige werkwijze volgens de DIEGO-systematiek. Je werkt op het snijvlak van verkeerskunde, verkeersregeltechniek en procesinrichting. Daarbij pak je de regie, breng je structuur aan en vertaal je complexe vraagstukken naar praktische oplossingen. Je helpt medewerkers om op een eenduidige manier te werken binnen het nieuwe NMS. Wat ga je doen - Meewerken aan het opschonen van huidige scenario’s en VRI-acties. Het aanpassen van niet geautomatiseerd migreerbare scenario’s en acties zodat deze wel naar het nieuwe NMS kunnen worden overgezet. - Het opstellen van een standaard werkwijze voor het ontwerpen, beheren en onderhouden van scenario’s conform de DIEGO-systematiek. - Het vertalen van deze nieuwe werkwijze naar een praktische handreiking voor medewerkers. - Het optimaliseren van onze scenario’s en VRI-maatregelen naar deze nieuwe structuur. Over jou - Je bent een verkeersmanagementspecialist met ervaring in operationeel verkeersmanagement en netwerkmanagementsystemen. - Je bent in staat om bestaande werkwijzen te analyseren, structuur aan te brengen en complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen. - Je voelt je thuis op het snijvlak van verkeerskunde, verkeersregeltechniek en procesinrichting. - Je kunt zowel conceptueel denken over de inrichting van scenario’s binnen een nieuw netwerkmanagementsysteem als deze uitgangspunten vertalen naar concrete werkwijzen, standaarden en scenario-opbouw. - Je bent analytisch, resultaatgericht en neemt initiatief. - Daarnaast beschik je over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en weet je collega’s mee te nemen in nieuwe werkwijzen en veranderprocessen.
