Adviseur Verkeersmanagement - cluster SO - TenMonks Adviseur Verkeersmanagement - cluster SO €3.824 - €5.624 / maand MBO Nog 2 dagen Dit ga je doen Jouw functie De afdeling Mobiliteit maakt voor de uitvoering van operationeel verkeersmanagement gebruik van het MobiMaestro-platform. Binnen dit platform zijn inmiddels heel veel scenario's aanwezig die dienen voor het informeren, adviseren en sturen van het verkeer. Hierbij moet gedacht worden aan reguliere scenario's, scenario's t.b.v. wegwerkzaamheden, evenementen, calamiteiten, etc. Een scenario kan bijv. bestaan uit het wijzigen van de instellingen van een verkeerslichteninstallatie, het tonen van specifieke teksten op DRIP's (displays), etc. In totaal gaat het om ongeveer 1600 scenario's, variërend van relatief simpel tot complex. Het MobiMaestro-platform gaat in 2027 vervangen worden door een nieuw netwerkmanagementsysteem (NMS). Genoemde scenario's zullen een plekje moeten krijgen in dit nieuwe NMS. Grotendeels zal deze migratie geautomatiseerd kunnen worden uitgevoerd, maar dit zal niet met alle scenario's gaan. Sommige scenario's zijn dermate complex dat ze niet of niet geautomatiseerd gemigreerd kunnen worden. Deze zullen aangepast moeten worden, zodat geautomatiseerde migratie mogelijk wordt of zullen opnieuw gemaakt moeten worden. De scenariomodule in het nieuwe NMS wordt gebouwd volgens de principes van DIEGO, een landelijke gemeenschappelijke taal voor regelscenario's. De huidige medewerkers die momenteel scenario's opstellen hebben nog geen ervaring met deze methodiek. In deze functie draag je er zorg voor dat er een concrete handreiking komt hoe we in Rotterdam in het nieuwe NMS conform de DIEGO systematiek kunnen gaan werken en ontwikkel je een logische en toekomstbestendige structuur voor het opbouwen, beheren en onderhouden van scenario's, DVM-services en VRI-maatregelen binnen het nieuwe NMS.
