The posting

Het kantoor heeft een duidelijke ambitie: dé partner voor verzekeringen en financiële dienstverlening in de Westhoek worden. Vanuit Diksmuide wordt die ambitie verder uitgebouwd, samen met de kantoren in Houthulst, Veurne en Poperinge.

De combinatie van particuliere en professionele klanten zorgt voor veel variatie. Daarnaast is er een sterke voeling met de agrarische sector, zonder dat het klantenbestand zich daartoe beperkt.

Wat het kantoor vooral onderscheidt? Persoonlijk contact. Ze willen niet de goedkoopste zijn, maar wel de partner zijn die bereikbaar is en snel antwoord geeft. Vandaag is dat antwoord binnen 24 uur een belangrijke sterkte.

Jobomschrijving

Als verzekeringsadviseur start je voornamelijk binnen BOAR en bouw je stap voor stap je kennis verder uit.

Je:

  • adviseert klanten over hun verzekeringsbehoeften;
  • maakt offertes op en volgt deze verder op;
  • verwerkt en beheert verzekeringspolissen;
  • onderhoudt bestaande klantenrelaties;
  • beantwoordt vragen van klanten en zoekt naar passende oplossingen;
  • ontvangt klanten die langskomen op kantoor;
  • bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met je portefeuille;
  • werkt nauw samen met collega's die elk hun eigen specialisatie hebben;
  • groeit geleidelijk naar een bredere rol binnen verzekeringen.

Starters beginnen met de basis van BOAR. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, wordt je takenpakket breder. Op termijn is het de bedoeling dat collega's elkaar inhoudelijk kunnen versterken en iedereen een brede kennis binnen verzekeringen opbouwt.

Je hoeft geen tien jaar ervaring te hebben om voor deze functie in aanmerking te komen. Ook een sterke schoolverlater met de juiste ingesteldheid is welkom.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • nauwkeurig werkt en deadlines respecteert;
  • goed georganiseerd is en prioriteiten kan stellen;
  • klanten oprecht centraal zet;
  • energie krijgt van persoonlijk klantencontact;
  • vlot communiceert en klanten met een glimlach ontvangt;
  • nieuwsgierig is naar verzekeringen en graag bijleert;
  • commercieel ingesteld is, zonder een pure hunter te zijn;
  • initiatief neemt en verantwoordelijkheid durft opnemen;
  • graag relaties opbouwt voor de lange termijn;
  • past binnen een warme, familiale werkomgeving.
