Als adviseur verzekeringen combineer je klantencontact met commerciële verantwoordelijkheid.

  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je bouwt bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit.
  • Je brengt de verzekeringsbehoeften van particulieren en ondernemingen in kaart.
  • Je staat in voor de productie en opvolging van verzekeringsoplossingen.
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij hun verzekeringsvragen en zoekt naar oplossingen die aansluiten bij hun situatie.
  • Je volgt offertes en commerciële dossiers op.
  • Je zorgt voor de nodige administratieve verwerking, zonder dat administratie het grootste deel van je job vormt.
  • Je spot opportuniteiten bij klanten en neemt initiatief om hier verder mee aan de slag te gaan.
  • Je werkt samen met het team voor het beheer en de verdere opvolging van de klanten.

Het kantoor heeft vandaag nog ruimte om meer commercieel te werken en sterker te prospecteren. Daar ligt dan ook een duidelijke kans voor iemand die graag initiatief neemt en resultaten wil neerzetten.

Je richt je op particulieren en ondernemingen tot ongeveer 100 medewerkers. Hoewel er vandaag nog veel gewerkt wordt binnen de klassieke sectoren van het kantoor, krijg je als commercieel profiel zeker de ruimte om ook nieuwe markten en klantengroepen te verkennen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral een commercieel persoon met drive. Je hoeft niet noodzakelijk uit de verzekeringswereld te komen.

  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en krijgt energie van klantencontact en prospectie.
  • Je durft zelf initiatief te nemen en stapt gemakkelijk op potentiële klanten af.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en begrijpt dat commerciële prestaties belangrijk zijn binnen deze functie.
  • Ervaring in verzekeringen is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
  • Ook een commerciële achtergrond in bijvoorbeeld automotive kan interessant zijn.
  • Je bent niet iemand die vooral een administratieve functie zoekt.
  • Je bent klantgericht en weet vertrouwen op te bouwen.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, maar werkt ook graag samen met een klein team.
  • Je bent correct, nuchter en down-to-earth.
  • Je bent menselijk en toegankelijk in je communicatie.
  • Je hebt voldoende scherpte en ambitie om commerciële kansen ook effectief vast te pakken.
