Onze klant, gelegen in het centrum van Bornem, is een Belgische bank- en verzekeringsgroep die in 1956 werd opgericht. De groep richt zich voornamelijk op gezinnen en particulieren in België en Nederland. Argenta biedt financiële diensten aan rond bankieren, sparen, beleggen, lenen en verzekeren.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij iemand die graag met mensen werkt, luistert naar de behoeften van klanten en hen op een persoonlijke manier begeleidt bij hun financiële plannen? Krijg je energie van klantencontact en wil je deel uitmaken van een warm en professioneel kantoor? Dan ben jij misschien wel onze nieuwe relatiebeheerder! Als Adviseur Verzekeringen/Beleggingen ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de klanten. Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie met hen op en denkt actief mee over hun financiële toekomst. Je:

  • Hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en ziet opportuniteiten;
  • Begeleidt klanten bij hun dagelijkse bankzaken en financiële behoeften;
  • Luistert naar de wensen en plannen van klanten en vertaalt die naar passende oplossingen;
  • Bouwt een duurzame klantenrelatie op;
  • Detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en neemt zelf initiatief;
  • Volgt klantendossiers nauwgezet op;
  • Werkt samen met collega's om klanten een volledige en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening te bieden;
  • Zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich welkom, begrepen en goed geholpen voelen;

We zoeken iemand met een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid, die tegelijk klantgericht te werk gaat en de behoeften van de klant centraal stelt.

  • Ervaring in bank en/ofverzekeringen is een must;
  • Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Een goede affiniteit met Bornem en de omliggende regio is een pluspunt;
  • De ideale, nieuwe collega is sociaal, enthousiast en communicatief sterk;
  • Je luistert graag en stelt de juiste vragen;
  • Nauwkeurig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen;
  • Je denkt commercieel, maar altijd vanuit de behoefte van de klant;
  • Zelfstandig werken en bent tegelijk een echte teamspeler;
