Jobomschrijving

Als Adviseur verzekeringen BOAR in Holsbeek adviseer je particuliere en professionele klanten over verzekeringen voor Brand, Ongevallen en Allerlei Risico’s. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met correct advies en bouwt mee aan langdurige klantenrelaties binnen een stabiel kantoor met meerdere vestigingen.

Je werkt vooral op kantoor in een collegiaal team. Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • Klanten adviseren en passende BOAR-oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Nieuwe klanten begeleiden en bestaande klanten opvolgen.
  • Offertes opstellen, polissen verwerken en dossiers beheren.
  • Verzekeringsproducten toelichten en klanten helpen bij vragen en wijzigingen.
  • Commerciële kansen herkennen met aandacht voor het klantbelang.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s, verzekeraars en andere partners.
  • Digitale systemen en verzekeringspakketten gebruiken; hiervoor krijg je opleiding.
  • Procedures en regelgeving rond verzekeringsbemiddeling correct toepassen.

Je krijgt de kans om je expertise verder te ontwikkelen en geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen, afhankelijk van je ervaring, attesten en interesses.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een klantgerichte, commerciële professional met interesse in verzekeringen. Ervaring in de sector is een plus, maar ook schoolverlaters met de juiste attesten of de bereidheid die snel te behalen, komen in aanmerking. Je herkent jezelf in de volgende eigenschappen:

  • Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in verzekeringen, bank- en verzekeringswezen, klantenadvies of een gelijkaardige commerciële context.
  • Je beschikt over PCP-attesten of wilt deze behalen en je kennis blijven uitbreiden.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands, mondeling en schriftelijk.
  • Je luistert goed, stelt de juiste vragen en legt complexe verzekeringsinformatie helder uit.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en bouwt graag duurzame klantenrelaties op.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd met offertes, polissen en klantendossiers.
  • Je leert vlot werken met verschillende software- en ERP-systemen; een grondige productopleiding is voorzien.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en overlegt goed met collega’s.
  • Je past binnen een familiale omgeving waarin samenwerking en professionaliteit centraal staan.

Een specifiek diploma is geen vereiste: ervaring, de juiste attesten en motivatie zijn minstens even belangrijk.
