De functie inhoud Dit mag je verwachten in de rol van Adviseur Verzekeringen Schadebeheerder:

  • Je beheert een eigen portefeuille van particulieren, zelfstandigen en KMO’s en bouwt zo sterke klantrelaties op
  • Dagelijks contact met klanten, zowel op kantoor als telefonisch of via e-mail, om hen professioneel te begeleiden bij schademeldingen
  • Onderzoeken van schadegevallen, verzamelen van bewijzen en bepalen van verantwoordelijkheden behoort tot je taken
  • Je controleert verzekeringsdekkingen en werkt nauw samen met verschillende maatschappijen, wat zorgt voor een vlotte afhandeling
  • Regelmatig opleidingen volgen om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en te groeien binnen de functie
