Maar daarnaast zetten ze zich ook in voor particulieren.

Je komt terecht in een familiaal team waar een open en eerlijke communicatiestijl wordt gehanteerd. Integriteit, onafhankelijkheid en persoonlijke betrokkenheid, deze waarden worden op alle vlakken doorgetrokken naar zowel de klanten alsook de medewerker en kenmerken het bedrijf.

Jobomschrijving

In de rol van Adviseur Verzekeringen Employee Benefits kan je je verwachten aan volgend takenpakket:

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten rond groepsverzekeringen, hospitalisatieverzekeringen, gewaarborgd inkomen en aanverwante employee benefits-oplossingen.
  • opmaken en opvolgen van offertes en polissen.
  • informeren, adviseren en ondersteunen van klanten bij hun verzekeringsvragen.
  • onderhouden van contacten met verzekeringsmaatschappijen en externe partners.
  • signaleren van opportuniteiten en meedenken over optimale oplossingen op maat.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die zich herkent in het volgende:

  • je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaringen binnen verzekeringen. Kennis van employee benefits, groepsverzekeringen of hospitalisatieverzekeringen is een sterke troef.
  • je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op in je dossiers.
  • je kan vlot overweg met MS Office en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
