Voor deze vacature kom je terecht bij een lokaal financieel kantoor in Ninove met een sterke klantenfocus. Persoonlijk contact en vertrouwen staan er centraal. Het kantoor combineert een professionele dienstverlening met een nuchtere en toegankelijke aanpak. Er is bovendien ruimte voor iemand die op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen en mee wil bouwen aan de verdere groei van het kantoor.

Jobomschrijving

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar persoonlijk contact belangrijk is. Geen overdreven verkooppraatjes, wel luisteren, de juiste vragen stellen en samen met de klant bekijken welke bescherming echt past bij zijn of haar situatie.

Concreet neem je onder meer volgende zaken op:

  • Je adviseert klanten over verschillende verzekeringsoplossingen, voornamelijk binnen BOAR.
  • Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten en vertaalt die naar een passend voorstel.
  • Je staat klanten te woord bij vragen, wijzigingen en nieuwe verzekeringsbehoeften.
  • Je volgt verzekeringsdossiers administratief en commercieel op van A tot Z.
  • Je onderhoudt een duurzame klantenrelatie en denkt proactief mee wanneer de situatie van een klant verandert.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's binnen het kantoor en draagt bij aan een vlotte dienstverlening.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Ervaring binnen verzekeringen is een sterke troef, maar ook iemand met de juiste commerciële ingesteldheid en interesse in de sector krijgt de nodige ruimte om te groeien.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen verzekeringen of de financiële sector.
  • Een PCP-attest is mooi meegenomen. Heb je dit nog niet, dan bekijken we graag samen wat mogelijk is.
  • Kennis van BRIO is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent klantgericht en voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken met verschillende types klanten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt je dossiers goed op.
  • Je bent eerder down-to-earth dan uitbundig: betrouwbaar, toegankelijk en professioneel.
  • Je neemt initiatief, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's.
  • Ambitie is zeker welkom. Op termijn kan er ruimte zijn om extra verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen het kantoor.
  • Een goede kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
