Functie

Als Junior Potential word jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor ondernemers. Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise met menselijke impact.

  • Je adviseert ondernemers over risico’s, groei en toekomst.
  • Je bouwt een eigen klantenportefeuille op en beheert die zelfstandig.
  • Je bent de vertrouwenspersoon voor KMO’s en zelfstandigen.
  • Je behandelt schadedossiers van A tot Z en zorgt dat klanten geholpen worden wanneer het er écht toe doet.
  • Je werkt samen met verzekeraars en experten en leert de sector razendsnel kennen.
  • Je groeit richting makelaar via opleidingen, coaching en praktijkervaring.

Masters die:

  • graag met mensen werken en impact willen maken. analytisch denken maar ook warm en communicatief zijn. structuur en nauwkeurigheid combineren met proactiviteit. willen groeien, verantwoordelijkheid willen nemen en geen nummer willen zijn. een carrière willen die meer biedt dan Excel, meetings en interne projecten.
