Als adviseur verzekeringen particulieren ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je luistert naar hun wensen, brengt hun persoonlijke situatie en mogelijke risico’s in kaart en geeft passend advies over verzekeringen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de vraag van de klant, maar denk je actief mee en signaleer je mogelijkheden.

Je krijgt veel contact met verschillende klanten en geen gesprek is hetzelfde. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je makkelijk communiceert, oprechte interesse toont en betrouwbaar te werk gaat. Daarnaast heb je oog voor commerciële kansen, zonder het belang van de klant uit het oog te verliezen.

Heb je nog niet alle benodigde Wft-diploma’s? Dat hoeft geen probleem te zijn. De juiste instelling en motivatie om jezelf te ontwikkelen zijn minstens zo belangrijk. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om opleidingen te volgen en de benodigde diploma’s te behalen. Wel wordt van jou verwacht dat je hierin initiatief toont en graag wilt leren.

- Je beschikt over mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en betrouwbaar; - Ervaring binnen een klantgerichte of commerciële functie is mooi meegenomen; - Bij voorkeur beschik je over Wft Basis en Wft Schade Particulier; - Heb je nog niet alle benodigde Wft-diploma’s? Dan ben je bereid deze te behalen; - Je bent leergierig en wilt jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen de financiële dienstverlening; - Je ziet commerciële mogelijkheden en weet deze op een klantgerichte manier te benutten.
