Voor een landelijke organisatie met een sterke maatschappelijke missie zoeken wij een Adviseur Verzuim en HR . In deze veelzijdige functie ben je de sparringpartner van leidinggevenden op het gebied van verzuim, inzetbaarheid en personele vraagstukken. Je combineert inhoudelijke kennis met een pragmatische aanpak en helpt de organisatie bij het creëren van een gezonde, duurzame werkomgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als Adviseur Verzuim en HR ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende vraagstukken rondom verzuim en inzetbaarheid. Je bewaakt processen, signaleert risico's en denkt actief mee over oplossingen die aansluiten bij zowel de medewerker als de organisatie. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Adviseren van leidinggevenden over verzuim, re-integratie en duurzame inzetbaarheid; - Begeleiden van complexe verzuimcasussen en bewaken van de voortgang binnen wettelijke kaders; - Controleren van dossiers en toezien op een correcte uitvoering van verzuimprocessen; - Signaleren van trends en analyseren van verzuimgegevens om verbeterkansen zichtbaar te maken; - Meedenken over beleid en initiatieven gericht op duurzame inzetbaarheid en preventie; - Adviseren over diverse HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen en personele vraagstukken; - Intensief samenwerken met leidinggevenden, HR-collega's en andere interne stakeholders.
