Scholengroep Holland zoekt een betrokken en deskundige Adviseur Vitaliteit & Verzuim . In deze veelzijdige functie adviseer je leidinggevenden, begeleid je verzuim- en re-integratietrajecten en werk je aan een gezonde en veilige werkomgeving voor onze medewerkers. Over Scholengroep Holland Scholengroep Holland verzorgt openbaar primair onderwijs op 13 basisscholen in de gemeenten Lansingerland, Pijnacker-Nootdorp en Zuidplas. Onze scholen hebben ruimte voor een eigen onderwijskundig profiel, passend bij hun omgeving. Als professionele lerende organisatie geven wij medewerkers vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om hun vakmanschap optimaal in te zetten. Vanuit het stafbureau ondersteun je samen met collega's de scholen en draag je bij aan goed werkgeverschap en duurzame inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers. Wat ga je doen? Als Adviseur Vitaliteit & Verzuim ben je dé specialist op het gebied van verzuim, re-integratie, arbeidsomstandigheden en vitaliteit. Je werkt nauw samen met schooldirecteuren, leidinggevenden, medewerkers, de arbodienst en andere externe partners. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Verzuimbegeleiding en re-integratie - Bewaken van de voortgang van verzuim- en re-integratietrajecten. - Adviseren van leidinggevenden over de Wet verbetering Poortwachter, cao PO en verzuimbeleid. - Ondersteunen bij correcte dossieropbouw en verzuimregistratie. - Verzorgen van WIA-aanvragen en afhandeling van UWV-beschikkingen. - Onderhouden van contacten met bedrijfsartsen, arbodienst, UWV en andere betrokken partijen.
