Adviseur water en ruimtelijke ontwikkeling (Planadviseur) Doetinchem | 36 uur per week | Hbo | max. € 5.848,- per maand (schaal 10) Functiebeschrijving Als Adviseur water en ruimtelijke ontwikkeling ben je de verbindende schakel tussen gemeenten, ontwikkelaars en onze interne organisatie. Je denkt actief mee met ruimtelijke plannen en projecten van externe initiatiefnemers en helpt deze mogelijk te maken binnen de kaders van het waterschap. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de waterbelangen goed zijn geborgd. Je adviseert gedurende het hele planproces: van de initiatieffase en informele verkenningen tot de formele ruimtelijke procedures. Dit doe je voor de verschillende basistaken van het waterschap: het watersysteem, de waterketen en waterveiligheid. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met specialisten, relatiebeheerders, accounthouders, vergunningverleners en juristen. Je komt terecht in het jonge en enthousiaste Team Omgeving, bestaande uit ongeveer 25 collega's zoals relatiebeheerders, omgevingsmanagers en diverse adviseurs. Omdat het team nog volop in ontwikkeling is, bouwen we actief aan onze cultuur en werkwijze, geïnspireerd door onze kernwaarden: vakmanschap, toekomstgericht, anpakken en naoberschap. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je bent hét aanspreekpunt vanuit het waterschap voor externe initiatiefnemers (zoals gemeenten, projectontwikkelaars en particulieren) bij ontwikkelingen en (ruimtelijke) plannen. Denk aan bouw- en ontwikkelprojecten, gemeentelijke omgevingsplannen en afkoppelplannen. - Je werkt met een aantal gemeenten nauw samen, zodat nieuwe ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen ...
