Als adviseur Waterhuishouding bij STAB onderzoek je zaken die voorliggen bij de bestuursrechter. Dat kan gaan over wateroverlast door een te kleine duiker, de invloed van woningbouw op het grondwaterpeil of de gevolgen van een peilbesluit voor natuur, landbouw en bebouwing. Je krijgt tijd voor zorgvuldig feitenonderzoek, zonder commerciële of declarabele druk. Je past jouw vakkennis toe binnen de bestuursrechtspraak en ontwikkelt je tot gerechtelijk deskundige. Wat ga je doen? - Je onderzoekt complexe vraagstukken rond grondwater, oppervlaktewater, bodem en waterbodem; - Je beoordeelt berekeningen, hydrologische modellen, plannen en onderzoeksrapporten; - Je onderzoekt oorzaken en gevolgen van wateroverlast en ruimtelijke ingrepen; - Je voert locatieonderzoek uit en spreekt met betrokken partijen; - Je schrijft onafhankelijke deskundigenverslagen voor de bestuursrechter; - Je licht jouw bevindingen zo nodig toe tijdens een zitting. Je werkt zelfstandig aan dossiers en stemt jouw onderzoek af met deskundige collega's op het gebied van onder meer milieu, natuur, ruimtelijke ordening en techniek. Wat breng je mee? Je hebt een academische opleiding in bijvoorbeeld hydrologie, civiele techniek, aardwetenschappen of land- en watermanagement. Verder heb je: - een scherp analytisch vermogen en belangstelling voor technisch feitenonderzoek; - uitstekende schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands; - affiniteit met waterbeheer, ruimtelijke ontwikkeling en omgevingsrecht; - het vermogen om complexe inf...
