Voor de Rijkswaterstaat Rhoon is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Adviseur Wegontwerp -Verkeersveiligheid; GPO, Wegen en Geotechniek voor 24 tot 36 uur per week.

Functietitel en locatie

Adviseur Wegontwerp en Verkeersveiligheid Standplaats: Utrecht. Hybride werken; flexibiliteit en aanwezigheid op locatie wanneer de opdracht dit vraagt. Opdracht en taken

• Geven van technisch inhoudelijk advies en toetsing binnen infrastructuurprojecten (o.a. bruggen en viaducten). • Meedenken met projecten en sturen op toepassing van kaders en richtlijnen voor Wegontwerp en Verkeersveiligheid. • Sturen op het ontwerpproces en de bijbehorende producten. • Uitvoeren van reviews van producten zoals functioneel ontwerp, elementair ontwerp, (integraal) inpassend ontwerp, dwarsprofielen en ontwerpnotities. • Projectadvisering binnen zowel objectgebonden projecten (Vernieuwingsopgave) als MIRT-capaciteitsuitbreiding. • Uitvoeren van onderzoek, kennisontwikkeling en uitzoekwerk voor ontwikkeling en actualisatie van kaderdocumenten en richtlijnen binnen de kennisvelden.

Resultaat

• Projectadviezen aan IPM-team en beoordeling van opgeleverde producten binnen gestelde termijn en conform afgesproken werkwijze. • Adviezen op dossierniveau gericht op ontwikkeling en actualisatie van kaderdocumenten en richtlijnen voor Wegontwerp, -inrichting en Verkeersveiligheid.

Leiding en toezicht

Je valt onder het cluster Verkeersveiligheid, Wegontwerp en -inrichting en werkt binnen de bestaande structuur en processen van de afdeling. Er is begeleiding en toezicht bij de uitvoering van de opdracht, met veel zelfstandigheid binnen deelopdrachten en mogelijkheid tot afstemming binnen het cluster. Essentiële competenties

Eisen

• WO of HBO diploma richting civiele techniek (of vergelijkbaar) met relevante specialisatie. • Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in projectgerichte advisering op geometrisch
