In het kort: Je gaat als adviseur Wijken- en Dorpendeal lokale initiatieven en gemeenten verbinden, nieuwe deals werven, maatwerkafspraken uitwerken, interne besluitvorming begeleiden en zo de sociale cohesie en leefbaarheid in Gelderse wijken en dorpen versterken. Omschrijving Opdrachtgever provincie Gelderland Gelderland, de mooiste provincie van Nederland! Elke dag werken we in de grootste provincie van Nederland samen met 2.000 medewerkers om Gelderland mooi, schoon, welvarend en veilig te houden van en voor ons allemaal. We doen dit met veel inzet, motivatie, kennis en kunde en uiteraard samen met allerlei organisaties en partijen. Samen zoeken we telkens naar nieuwe passende oplossingen voor complexe maatschappelijke opgaven zoals bijvoorbeeld energietransitie, woningbouw, mobiliteit, natuur of milieu. Dit maakt ons werk uitdagend, interessant en zinvol. Opdracht Bij alles wat we doen, staat de leefbaarheid van onze provincie voorop. Het is niet voor niets het eerste hoofdstuk van het coalitieakkoord Gewoon doen. Het is belangrijk dat er goede voorzieningen zijn waar Gelderlanders gebruik van kunnen maken. Dat er verbinding is tussen individuen en gemeenschappen. Dat mensen elkaar kunnen ontmoeten en omzien naar elkaar. Er zit ontzettend veel kracht en creativiteit bij inwoners, verenigingen, instellingen en ondernemers in wijken en dorpen. Zij weten vaak beter wat er speelt dan de overheid. Vanuit het programma Leefbaarheid ondersteunen wij daarom goede initiatieven uit de samenleving en werken daar samen aan met hen en de gemeenten. De kerntaak van het programma Leefbaarheid is het versterken van de sociale cohesie in Gelderland. Dit doen wij onder andere via onze subsidieregeling Wijken- en Dorpendeals waarin wij langdurige, integrale afspraken maken met inwoners, gemeenten en andere partners. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het omvormen van een leegstaande school tot dorpshuis, het oprichten van een dorpscoperatie en samen met groepen inwoners meer activiteiten o.
