Adviseur Zorgcontractering Organisatie: Adelante Opleidingsniveau: HBO Dienstverband: Parttime Type functie: Anders Reageer voor 17 oktober 2026 Adelante biedt ondersteuning aan volwassenen en kinderen die te maken hebben met de gevolgen van een ziekte, aangeboren aandoening of ongeval. Ruim 1.100 professionals verlenen zorg en onderwijs vanuit diverse locaties verspreid over heel Limburg. Cliënten kunnen terecht voor medisch specialistische revalidatie, gehoor-, taal- en spraakproblemen, speciaal onderwijs, medische kindzorg, sport en arbeidsrevalidatie. Adelante richt zich niet op de beperking maar op de mogelijkheden om door te kunnen gaan. Ons motto:haal het beste uit jezelf! Wat ga je doen? Als adviseur zorgcontractering ben jij de stevige gesprekspartner die Adelante vertegenwoordigt richting zorgverzekeraars, het zorgkantoor en gemeentes. Je verbindt inhoudelijke visie met financiële analyses, waardoor je zorgcontracten afsluit die de kwaliteit en toegankelijkheid van onze zorg voor de toekomst borgen. - Je onderhandelt met zorgverzekeraars, het zorgkantoor en gemeentes over zorgcontracten binnen de Zvw, Wlz en Wmo. - Je stelt het zorgverkoopbeleid op in nauwe afstemming met de directeur en je collega's van Advies, Beleid & Control. - Je vertaalt productiedata en schadelastontwikkelingen naar heldere adviezen voor het management, de divisiedirecteur en de Raad van Bestuur. - Je treedt op als strategisch adviseur voor de positionering van Adelante en bewaakt de naleving van afgesloten contracten. - Je volgt wet- en regelgeving op de voet en signaleert tijdig trends, kansen en risico's voor de organisatie. Jouw team Je komt te werken binnen de divisie Advies, Beleid & Control (ABC), een afdeling van 28 medewerkers. Binnen deze divisie maak je deel uit van een klein team op het gebied van zorgcontractering, waarin je nauw samenwerkt met een beleidsmedewerker en een business controller.
