Vanwege de groei van onze portefeuille zijn wij op zoek naar een Adviseur Zorgvastgoed die verantwoordelijk wordt voor meerdere gezondheidscentra. In deze veelzijdige functie werk je samen met huisartsen, apothekers, fysiotherapeuten, verloskundigen, GGZ-praktijken en andere zorgverleners. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze gezondheidscentra niet alleen commercieel succesvol zijn, maar ook bijdragen aan toegankelijke en hoogwaardige zorg in de regio. Wat ga je doen? Als Adviseur Zorgvastgoed ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze huurders en verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële prestaties van jouw portefeuille. Je beweegt je soepel tussen zorgprofessionals, vastgoedbeleggers en interne teams en weet belangen op een professionele en verbindende manier samen te brengen Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met huisartsen, apothekers, fysiotherapeuten en andere zorgaanbieders. - Het voeren van verhuuronderhandelingen over huurprijzen, contractvoorwaarden, verlengingen en uitbreidingen. - Het optimaliseren van de bezetting, het verminderen van leegstand en het signaleren van groeikansen binnen de centra. - Het volgen van ontwikkelingen binnen de eerstelijnszorg en de zorgvastgoedmarkt. - Het opstellen, beoordelen en beheren van huurovereenkomsten en servicekostenafspraken. - Het samenwerken met technisch beheer, administratie en management om een optimale dienstverlening te waarborgen. - Het proactief oplossen van operationele en commerciële vraagstukken binnen de gezondheidscentra.
