RHK bestaat 28 jaar en is een vaste waarde in woonkredieten, RHK is de grootste kredietmakelaar van West-Vlaanderen. Jaarlijks komen klanten over gans België kredieten aanvragen.

Deze functie behoort zonder twijfel tot de mooiste jobs die er zijn. Dagelijks help je, samen met een enthousiast team, mensen hun woondroom waar te maken. Waar andere banken soms "nee" zeggen, zoeken wij naar mogelijkheden. Klanten begeleiden in één van de belangrijkste beslissingen van hun leven geeft een enorme voldoening en maakt elke werkdag bijzonder waardevol.

Voor een nog nieuw op te richten bijkantoor in Blankenberge? Roeselare ? Kortrijk? .... nog nader te bepalen gezien de stijgende vraag van onze diensten gans België rond. Enkele cijfers, de kredietmakelaars betekenen in België slechts 15% van de markt waar in Nederland en Frankrijk respectievelijk 80% en 40% van de inwoners beroep doen op een kredietmakelaar. Die inhaalbeweging komt er dankzij de steun van ING, BNP, Belfius, ..... die inzetten op de kredietmakelaars. Voor ING is RecordCredits een kroonjuweel met voor 2026 een gelijkaardige omzet in woonkredieten

In een aangename werkomgeving in Oostende of Brugge (voor opleiding) staat u in voor het ontvangen van klant voor hun aankoop van hun huis of appartement.

  • Je adviseert en informeert en begeleidt hen in hun zoektocht naar een financiering.
  • Je helpt bij de keuze van de juiste kredietformule, bij de administratieve formaliteiten en bij de presentatie van je project aan kredietverstrekkers.

U doet niet aan televerkoop, gezien het grote netwerk kunt u onmiddellijk aan de slag na een gratis en betaalde opleiding in het RHK-academy.

Verkoopsobjectieven, marketingcijfers, .... zijn niet voor ons weggelegd. Het uniek concept en unieke producten, de uitzonderlijke goede contacten met een 20-tal banken zorgen ervoor dat wij oplossingen bieden aan klanten die voor hun aankoopdossier bij hun bank worden geweigerd. Dit alles binnen het wettelijk kader van de woonkredieten.

Ons motto is : betaalbare oplossingen bieden voor uw aankoop, waar vaak grootbanken niet willen volgen.
