Jouw rol als Advisor

Als Advisor ondersteun je bij het uitvoeren en voorbereiden van boekhoudkundige, fiscale en administratieve taken. Je bouwt actief ervaring en technische kennis op, met als doel om geleidelijk door te groeien naar Senior Advisor.

Je rapporteert aan de senior advisor/(sr.) manager (KMO) en werkt nauw samen met accounting assistants, senior advisors en de business controller. Binnen Dendooven is er een duidelijk groeipad voorzien: van advisor naar senior advisor naar (sr.) manager naar sr. manager KMO.

Als advisor bouw je stap per stap je expertise uit binnen boekhouding, fiscaliteit en advies. Onder begeleiding van een senior advisor of manager verwerk en controleer je boekingen volgens het Belgisch boekrecht en bereid je BTW-, personen-, en vennootschapsbelastingen correct voor. Je beheert de volledige boekhouding voor kleinere vennootschappen en éénmanszaken en leert financiële cijfers interpreteren.

Je staat zelfstandig in voor dagelijkse compliancetaken en past fiscale en juridische basisprincipes toe, met ondersteuning waar nodig. Daarbij leer je omgaan met specifieke BTW-situaties en volg je sociale bijdragen en voorafbetalingen mee op. Ook het voorbereiden van financiële plannen en vennootschapsoprichtingen maakt deel uit van je groeitraject.

Je plant dossiers zelfstandig, werkt gestructureerd en signaleert tijdig knelpunten. In contact me klanten communiceer je helder en toegankelijk. Je stelt vragen, neemt feedback op en ondersteunt senior advisors bij complexe dossiers.

Kortom: Een rol waarin je verantwoordelijkheid opneemt, leert door te doen en gericht doorgroeit.
