Gebeten door vermogensplanning? Als Advisor Estate Planning bij VGD ga je samen met ons jong en gedreven team aan de slag om klanten van proactief advies te voorzien. Je ondersteunt hen in allerlei aspecten van het familiaal vermogensrecht en vermogensplanning, waaronder huwelijksvermogensrecht, erfrecht, schenkingen en meer. Dit alles in een dynamisch team dat veel belang hecht aan een losse en persoonlijke sfeer.

Over de job

Als Advisor Estate Planning bij VGD ga je meteen aan de slag voor verschillende klanten. Je leert je klant door en door kennen, niet enkel “op papier” maar ook tijdens telefonische en fysieke meetings. Samen met je team, en experten uit andere business lines, ga je met een verscheidenheid aan opdrachten aan de slag. Zo voorzie je klanten van juridisch en fiscaal advies, waarna je ook de juridische aktes en overeenkomsten opstelt om dat advies te verzilveren.

Concreet ziet je werkdag er zo uit:

  • Samen met je collega’s analyseer, structureer en optimaliseer je private en zakelijke vermogens, zowel financieel als juridisch.
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij complexe vraagstukken en specifieke vragen over alle aspecten van het familiaal vermogensrecht en de vermogensplanning (met uitbreiding internationale aspecten).
  • Je adviseert je klanten over schenkingsrecht en successieplanning en stelt de nodige documenten op. Denk daarbij aan schenkingen, testamenten, oprichting van een maatschap, stichting, enz.
  • Je maakt vermogensfoto’s en successieanalyses op om vervolgens de planningsmogelijkheden uit te werken voor je klant, met een focus op een fiscaalvriendelijke overdracht.
  • Je volgt actief de evolutie van de wetgeving, rechtspraak, uitspraken van VLABEL.

Ben jij:

  • Geïnteresseerd in alles met betrekking tot het structureren en de overdracht van vermogens op een fiscaalvriendelijke manier?
  • In het bezit van een Masterdiploma in de Rechten? Een bijkomende specialisatie in fiscaliteit of het notariaat en/of eerste professionele ervaring is een plus!
  • Een initiatiefnemer die openstaat voor vernieuwing?
  • Een teamspeler die zich graag verdiept in uitdagende dossiers?
  • Iemand die graag kennis deelt met klanten en collega's?
