Als backline advisor internationaal bij DHL Express in Arnhem verdien je vanaf €17,74 per uur, werk je aan complexe klantcases en krijg je intensieve begeleiding én doorgroeikansen. Met hybride werken, wekelijkse uitbetaling via ASA Talent, reiskosten- en thuiswerkvergoeding investeer je in zowel je ontwikkeling als je financiële zekerheid. Jouw werkzaamheden als Backline Advisor Internationaal: - Dossierbeheer: Je beheert complexe dossiers over vermiste, vertraagde, beschadigde of door douane tegengehouden zendingen. Je verzamelt alle informatie, legt alles gestructureerd vast in het systeem en zorgt dat dossiers compleet en overdraagbaar zijn. - Communicatie met klanten: Ongeveer de helft van je tijd heb je telefonisch en schriftelijk contact in het Nederlands en Engels. Je geeft heldere statusupdates, licht keuzes toe en zorgt dat klanten weten wat ze kunnen verwachten. - Onderzoek in systemen: Je duikt in trackings- en logistieke systemen, analyseert scanlijnen en schakelt met operations en internationale DHL-teams om te achterhalen wat er is gebeurd en welke oplossing haalbaar is. - Samenwerking in het team: Je werkt nauw samen met frontline customer service en collega's die escalaties oppakken.
