  • Jij kiest voor veiligheid en service Als ondersteuner van de veiligheidsbouwstenen ben jij een cruciale schakel in het waarborgen van digitale veiligheid binnen de Vlaamse Overheid.
  • Je helpt interne medewerkers en partners bij vragen over toegangsbeheer, loketten en toepassingen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en zorgt ervoor dat incidenten en vragen correct en efficiënt worden behandeld.
  • Je bent een betrouwbare partner: communicatief sterk, oplossingsgericht en technisch onderlegd.
  • Je neemt zelf proactief contact op om een dossier verder op te volgen, zodat elke melding correct wordt afgehandeld
  • Dankzij moderne tools en duidelijke procedures kan je professioneel en gestructureerd werken.
  • Behandelen van binnenkomende meldingen via telefoon, e-mail en ticketingtools.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van incidenten en vragen volgens vastgelegde procedures.
  • Escaleren naar tweede/derde lijn of gespecialiseerde teams indien nodig.
  • Proactief opvolgen van dossiers en zorgen voor correcte en tijdige afhandeling.
  • Je zorgt dat jouw kennis doorstroomt naar het contactcenter door het aanpassen, of aanmaken, van scripts in de redactieomgeving.
  • Je past bestaande interne procedures aan, of schrijft nieuwe interne procedures uit waar nodig in confluence
  • Je neemt initiatief om briefings en trainings te organiseren voor de collega’s.
  • Werken in een hybride omgeving: vanuit onze vestigingen Diegem, thuis of op locatie in Brussel.
  • Communicatief sterk met oog voor detail, naar zowel de klant als de eigen teamleden.
  • Elkaar constructieve feedback kunnen geven, zodanig dat jullie al team alleen maar sterker worden.
  • Technische affiniteit: je kan vlot werken met digitale tools en begrijpt basisprincipes van IT-veiligheid.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk), Frans is een pluspunt maar geen must.
  • Analytisch en probleemoplossend ingesteld, stressbestendig en nauwkeurig.
  • Zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor dossiers.
  • Bereidheid om minstens 2 maal per week naar Brussel te verplaatsen.
