We werken met passie aan inhoudelijk uitdagende zaken (vaak met een interessante ondernemers- of vermogenscomponent), maar verliezen daarbij nooit het werkplezier en de onderlinge verbinding uit het oog. Jouw rol en de praktijk Binnen onze sectie Personen- en Familierecht werk je op het snijvlak van emotie, recht en duurzame oplossingen. Je buigt je over complexe echtscheidingen, huwelijksvermogensrecht, alimentatiekwesties, erfrechtelijke geschillen en begeleidt mediationtrajecten. Doordat we veel ondernemers en familiebedrijven tot onze cliënten mogen rekenen, hebben dossiers regelmatig een boeiend raakvlak met bijvoorbeeld het ondernemingsrecht, arbeidsrecht en huurrecht. Als advocaat en/of mediator ben je zowel een scherpe jurist als een rustige, empathische gids. We geloven sterk in de kracht van overleg en mediation om tot toekomstbestendige afspraken te komen, maar als de situatie erom vraagt, sta je stevig en overtuigend voor de belangen van je cliënt in de rechtszaal.
