Als je al ervaring hebt opgedaan tijdens stages of al werkzaam bent in dit rechtsgebied, is dat een pre (maar geen vereiste). Je wilt graag inhoudelijk en uitdagend werk doen, omringd door inspirerende mensen in een omgeving waar je wordt gestimuleerd om het beste uit jezelf te halen. Je bent een teamplayer maar werkt ook graag zelfstandig. We kunnen jou om een boodschap sturen. Je bent oplossingsgericht en streeft daarbij steeds naar het beste resultaat. Je schrijft helder en kernachtig. Je houdt van afwisseling en bent leergierig. Wat kun jij verwachten? Ons kantoor heeft een grote insolventiepraktijk. Ons insolventierechtteam bestaat uit acht advocaten, waarvan er zeven regelmatig door de rechtbank worden aangesteld als curator of bewindvoerder. Daarnaast staan zij onze cliënten bij in allerlei kwesties die verband houden met financiële moeilijkheden, waaronder het procederen over bestuurdersaansprakelijkheid en adviseren over herstructureringen. Daarbij werken zij ook vaak samen met kantoorgenoten uit andere rechtsgebieden. Ons team wordt ondersteund door twee faillissementsmedewerkers en het secretariaat. Het zwaartepunt tijdens jouw stageperiode ligt op het gebied van het insolventierecht, maar je zult in het kader van je opleiding ook worden ingezet in dossiers op andere rechtsgebieden (zoals ondernemingsrecht en litigation).
