Dat maakt ons een belangrijke speler in het hart van de volkshuisvesting - en jouw juridische kennis van onschatbare waarde. Als jurist ben jij dé inhoudelijk expert en het interne aanspreekpunt voor vraagstukken rond privacy, contracten en compliance. Met name privacy is jouw primaire aandachtsgebied, maar je beweegt je ook binnen het huurrecht en vastgoedrecht en andere bedrijfsbrede thema's. Je werkt daarin nauw samen met twee andere senior juristen: één met huurrecht als specialisme en één met vastgoed als focus. Samen vormen jullie een hecht juridisch team waarin je elkaar ondersteunt, waar nodig werkzaamheden van elkaar overneemt en bereid bent je te verdiepen in elkaars dossiers. Zo ben je niet alleen een strategische adviseur voor collega's en het bestuur, maar draag je ook breed bij aan juridisch stevige en goed afgewogen oplossingen voor de organisatie. Of het nu gaat om het managen van een datalek, het adviseren bij risicovolle projecten of het begeleiden of opstellen van contracten; jij zorgt voor de juridische stevigheid. Daarbij verlies je nooit de balans uit het oog tussen de zakelijke belangen van Staedion en onze maatschappelijke opdracht.
