Een toonaangevend advocatenkantoor te Antwerpen met een sterke focus op ondernemingen en innovatie is op zoek naar een advocaat gespecialiseerd in technologie, data- en digital law.

Je maakt deel uit van een ambitieus team dat organisaties ondersteunt bij de juridische uitdagingen van digitalisering, software, artificiële intelligentie en gegevensbescherming. Naast het behandelen van uitdagende dossiers krijg je de kans om een actieve rol op te nemen in de verdere uitbouw van de praktijk en de begeleiding van minder ervaren collega's.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als advocaat technology & data

In deze functie combineer je juridisch advies met strategisch meedenken voor ondernemingen die actief zijn in een innovatieve en snel evoluerende omgeving.

Je bent onder meer verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Opstellen, analyseren en onderhandelen van uiteenlopende commerciële IT- en technologieovereenkomsten, zoals software- en licentiecontracten, cloud- en outsourcingovereenkomsten, AI-gerelateerde contracten, dienstverleningsovereenkomsten en samenwerkingsakkoorden.
  • Adviseren van cliënten over privacywetgeving, databescherming, artificiële intelligentie, digitale regelgeving en andere technologische ontwikkelingen.
  • Juridische ondersteuning bieden bij implementatieprojecten en compliancevraagstukken.
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties en fungeren als vertrouwde juridische sparringpartner voor ondernemingen.

Je bent een ervaren advocaat die inhoudelijke expertise combineert met ondernemerschap en een pragmatische aanpak.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een masterdiploma Rechten.
  • Sterke interesse in ICT-, technologie- of intellectuele eigendomsrechten vormt een meerwaarde.
  • Minstens 4 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Technology, IT, Data Protection en commerciële contracten.
  • De maturiteit om zelfstandig uitdagende dossiers te beheren en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Een klantgerichte, oplossingsgerichte en ondernemende ingesteldheid.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
