Ben jij een advocaat of jurist met ervaring binnen het huurrecht, dan maken we graag kennis met je. Affiniteit of ervaring met andere rechtsgebieden is een pré. Wat ga je doen? Als huurrecht advocaat / jurist behandel je zelfstandig uiteenlopende zaken binnen het huurrecht voor zowel de particuliere als de zakelijke markt. Je bent voor cliënten een belangrijk aanspreekpunt in zaken die juridisch complex kunnen zijn en vaak ook persoonlijk veel impact hebben. Dat vraagt niet alleen om juridische kwaliteit, maar ook om een praktische en betrokken aanpak. - het zelfstandig adviseren en procederen; - het voeren van gesprekken en onderhandelingen met cliënten en wederpartijen; - het opstellen van processtukken, overeenkomsten en adviezen; - het begeleiden van cliënten; - het signaleren en beoordelen van juridische ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakgebied; - het bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling en groei van de huurrechtpraktijk van Van As Advocaten. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een advocaat / jurist die stevig in zijn of haar vak staat en tegelijkertijd oog heeft voor de cliënt en de praktische oplossing. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar vindt het ook prettig om onderdeel te zijn van een kantoor waarin advocaten en juristen met elkaar kunnen sparren en kennis delen. Je beschikt in ieder geval over: - een afgeronde universitaire opleiding Nederlands recht; - aantoonbare ervaring binnen het huurrecht; - goede juridische en analytische vaardigheden; - uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden; - het vermogen om zelfstandig een eigen praktijk en dossiers te voeren; - een betrokken, professionele en cliëntgerichte werkwijze. - ervaring met andere rechtsgebieden is een pré. - Affiniteit met Ai (we hebben onze eigen Ai-tool).
