Als advocaat-medewerker bij TerWee Advocaten ben je verantwoordelijk voor de behandeling van je eigen adviesdossiers voor zakelijke cliënten. Je werkt voornamelijk voor het bedrijfsleven; van mkb tot grotere ondernemingen, waar de bestuurders vaak ook de eigenaar zijn. Je behandelt dossiers in de volle breedte van het commercieel recht, van vastgoed, huurrecht en contractenrecht, tot algemene voorwaarden, arbeidsrecht en overnames. In deze rol heb je veel rechtstreeks contact met cliënten, zowel telefonisch als in persoon. Je denkt praktisch met hen mee, maakt scherpe juridische beoordelingen van hun situatie en komt snel tot gerichte adviezen. Omdat het vaak over geld, facturatie of aandeelhoudersverhoudingen gaat, helpt het als je vlot met cijfers overweg kunt en goed commercieel inzicht hebt. Naast het contact met de cliënten en de behandeling van hun dossiers, houd je je bezig met het opstellen van processtukken en procedeer je met grote regelmaat, zowel in eerste aanleg als in hoger beroep.
