Als deals dreigen vast te lopen, bestuurders aansprakelijk worden gesteld en andere corporate of commerciële conflicten (zijn) ontstaan. Dan komen wij in ons element. Wij vinden procederen het mooiste vak dat er is en doen dat geregeld bij rechtbank, hof, Ondernemingskamer of Hoge Raad. Wij vinden het echter nog mooier als wij voor onze cliënten vóór die tijd een creatieve, commerciële oplossing weten te vinden. Stonewater is gespecialiseerd in complexe corporate en commercial litigation zaken (inclusief cassatieprocedures) en het vinden van de juiste oplossingen voor onze cliënten in binnen- en buitenland: middelgrote en grote ondernemingen, corporates, bestuurders, aandeelhouders, DGA's en vermogende particulieren. We zijn op zoek naar procesadvocaten die willen excelleren, die kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel hebben staan, houden van juridische discussies en de belangen van de cliënt nooit uit het oog verliezen.
