Je krijgt vroeg verantwoordelijkheid, directe cliëntcontacten en de ruimte om workstreams zelfstandig te leiden. Wat ga je doen? - Leiding nemen over deeltrajecten binnen M&A-, private-equity- en venture-capitaltransacties, van due diligence tot closing. - Opstellen en onderhandelen van koopovereenkomsten, aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten, investeringsdocumentatie en managementparticipatieplannen. - Coördineren van due diligence en aansturen van multidisciplinaire, internationale dealteams. - Adviseren over herstructureringen, governance, cap tables en werknemersparticipatie. - Optreden als primair aanspreekpunt voor cliënten: verwachtingen managen en resultaatgericht adviseren. - Samenwerken met andere praktijkgroepen en Europese kantoren in grensoverschrijdende dossiers. - Begeleiden en reviewen van junior collega's en bijdragen aan kennisdeling. - Bijdragen aan business development via pitches, evenementen en thought leadership. Wat neem jij mee? - Een afgeronde juridische opleiding op het gebied van ondernemingsrecht. - Vier tot zeven jaar ervaring als advocaat met focus op M&A, private equity en/of venture capital. - Vaardigheid in project- en stakeholdermanagement; je kunt zelfstandig workstreams leiden. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels. - Commercieel en pragmatisch inzicht, met sterke oordeelsvorming en oog voor risico. - Coachende instelling richting junior collega's. - Sectorervaring in Tech, Media en Communicatie en/of Life Sciences is een pré.
