Je adviseert en procedeert over juridische vraagstukken binnen de financierings-, zekerheden- en herstructureringspraktijk. Je stelt financierings- en zekerheidsdocumentatie op en adviseert over het vestigen en uitwinnen van zekerheden. Daarnaast procedeer je hierover en begeleid je cliënten bij de herstructurering van financieringen, zowel in informele trajecten als via gerechtelijke procedures zoals de WHOA. Je wordt ook betrokken bij de beoordeling en inrichting van financieringsstructuren, vaak in het kader van herstructureringen of (distressed) M&A-transacties.
