Als advocaat-medewerker Privacy & ICT bij CKH Advocaten in Alkmaar adviseer je ondernemers en ondernemingen over onder andere privacywetgeving, datalekken, digitale dienstverlening en IT-contracten. Je krijgt de vrijheid om jouw rol vorm te geven op een manier die aansluit bij jouw ervaring en ambities. Of je nu graag snel schakelt bij urgente privacyvraagstukken, een eigen praktijk wilt uitbouwen of je juist zonder acquisitiedruk volledig wilt richten op inhoudelijk sterke dossiers: bij CKH hoef je niet in een vaste mal te passen. Uw rol - Je adviseert ondernemers en ondernemingen over uiteenlopende vraagstukken binnen het privacy- en ICT-recht. - Je begeleidt cliënten bij de toepassing en naleving van de AVG. - Je stelt onder andere privacyverklaringen, cookieverklaringen, verwerkersovereenkomsten en interne privacyprotocollen op en beoordeelt deze. - Je adviseert over de verwerking, beveiliging en uitwisseling van persoonsgegevens. - Je begeleidt organisaties bij datalekken en eventuele meldingen aan de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. - Je behandelt vraagstukken over IT-projecten, digitale dienstverlening, software en aansprakelijkheid. - Je stelt IT-overeenkomsten op en begeleidt cliënten bij de beoordeling en onderhandeling daarvan. - Je staat cliënten bij in geschillen met bijvoorbeeld IT-leveranci...
